Anna Tsirat made her contribution to the legal studies of international air law. She published a chapter on Ukraine in theAviation Law Review (second edition) that came out lately. This manual comprises articles of the lawyers from different jurisdictions, namely the United States and Canada, Argentina, Denmark, Turkey, Ukraine, Korea and China as well as many others. This edition is a vital tool for students, practitioners and in-house counsel.
In the chapter dedicated to Ukraine Mrs. Tsirat presents background information concerning aviation as an economic sector and aviation market in Ukraine, describes legal framework for international air transportation, particularly licensing of operations, insurance, liability and other questions and outlines prospects of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.
